Brian Kim: Brian Kim is a founding partner of Bolt Keenley Kim LLP, and concentrates his practice on representing individual insurance policyholders in prelitigation appeals and litigation under ERISA. He works diligently to recover employer-provided disability, health and life insurance benefits wrongfully denied to his clients.

Teresa Escamilla: As the firm’s intake coordinator and office manager, Teresa takes pride in ensuring that our clients and potential clients are tended to in a compassionate and timely manner. Teresa is fluent in Spanish and English, and is happy to communicate in whichever language is most comfortable for our clients and potential clients.
Teresa was raised in Oakland, California. She is the first in her family to graduate college, and received her B.A. in sociology from the University of California, Berkeley. She aspires to become an attorney to advocate for justice in the community. Teresa enjoys traveling, exploring multiethnic cuisine, music, hiking and camping.
